You select which type of Trybe you want to join (we have all types from walking groups to happy hours) our algorithm matches you with 7-10 other women that are in a similar life phase and you are assigned to an official Trybe. Once you’ve been assigned to a Trybe, your meeting schedule will be set for the next 52 weeks. You commit to showing up for at least 47 of the 52 meetings.
Just to make sure you are REALLY committed, we charge an accountability deposit of $500.00. That $500.00 sits in an interest-bearing trust account during your Trybe year. At the end of the year, as long as you made it to 47 of the 52 Trybe meetings, you get your money back AND the interest that was generated goes to a charity chosen by you and your Trybe.
